One Deputy Police Commissioner heads this division. It has two sections such as Protection & Protocol section and Chancery section.
Protection & Protocol unit is solely responsible for providing security to VVIP, VIP, Important foreign delegates, Diplomats of foreign missions, declared VVIP, Bangabhaban, Prime Minister’s office, National parliament and other important installations.
Besides, The supply department closely monitors the routine works of ration store, clothing store, armory and other matters related to supply and purchase.

1. Ensure protection of
All VVIPs/VIPs including foreign dignitaries.
Chanceries, foreign missions, diplomats and important foreign visiting guests.
