The service is open for Non-Emergency Request Only. For any Emergency Request, please contact with the respective OC/duty officer. We are sorry for the inconveniences that caused to you; however, we will try to extend the horizon of CHR service as soon as possible.

The service is primarily available for the citizens/stakeholders seeking assistance from Uttara Model Police station only. The service may be available for the Citizens seeking assistance from other police stations soon, after obtaining feed back from the current one.

Your feed back is thus of great magnitude to us.

"Citizen's Help Request" will primarily provide following services:

i.) GD entry on Passport/Certificate/Document Loss Information.
ii.)GD entry on routine information about New/Old Tenants.
iii.) GD entry on routine information about New/Old Night Guard/Gate Keeper/Household Workers/Caretaker/Driver etc.
iv.) Information on any Suspects Movement.
